Shipping policy

FREE Shipping Options

We offer FREE same-day shipping within the USA from our San Diego location.  Typical delivery time for free shipping in the US is only 1-6 business days.  Remote/rural areas plus HI and AK may take longer depending on the carrier.  You will be shown a delivery time estimate after you enter your shipping address.  Carriers sometimes experience unexpected delays, which we can't control, but we ship 99% of orders on the same day they are placed if they meet the pickup deadline.  We most often ship using UPS or USPS.

Even Faster Delivery Options

For select locations and for our non-customized product selections, we also offer expedited shipping options for as little as $10 by shipping from our partner warehouses.  The fee covers our extra expense for offering this special service.  Please refer to the options and pricing displayed for your product selection and specific address during checkout.

Same-Day Shipping

We ship 99% of orders on the same day if they are placed before 2pm Pacific Time (5pm Eastern Time) Mon-Sat.   

Qualifying expedited orders can ship out 7 days per week from our partner warehouses, depending on specific product and destination combination.

All other orders placed on Sunday will ship out on Monday.

Shipment Tracking

You will receive an email or SMS with tracking information as soon as your order ships.  Please check your email spam folder, since sometimes tracking and confirmation emails end up in there.

Shipping Insurance

All of the shipping options that we use include insurance to cover loss or damage during transit, and we will handle the insurance claim and replacement in these qualifying situations.  Unfortunately, none of the shipping carriers will cover theft (porch pirates) after the package is delivered and confirmed to be at the correct address via delivery photo and/or GPS tracking evidence.  Please plan accordingly when you place your order, since we cannot be responsible for what happens after the delivery is complete.  It is best to have a secure delivery location or provide a note for the carrier with placement instructions, request post office hold, etc.  Contact us if you want to request signature delivery.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to North America only.  For orders outside the USA, please note that you may be charged taxes and import fees, depending on your region.  We can provide an estimate of these fees for you upon request, but we do not have any control over the amounts.  For Canadian customers, you can look up the tax rate for your province, and UPS also charges a $10 broker fee to manage the import.  If you would like to place an order for delivery outside of North America, please contact us to make special arrangements: support@DoubleUpRoller.com
