DoubleUP Roller will replace or repair any authorized and lawfully purchased product that breaks or becomes unusable, provided that the returned product has not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect, or misuse. We will not replace or repair any product damaged through any use not expressly described or demonstrated in the User Manual or our How-To videos: www.DoubleUpRoller.com/videos. The decision to repair or replace will be determined by the company in its sole discretion. This warranty does not cover shipping damage, normal wear and tear, lost items, or damage resulting from failure to follow the product care instructions in the User Manual. This warranty is valid only within the United States. A valid proof of purchase (such as an email order confirmation) from an authorized seller must be provided for warranty claims, and the warranty is only valid for the original purchaser. The warranty period is lifetime for any purchase made directly from us (in-person or through doubleuproller.com). The warranty period is 2-years for any purchase made through other sellers.
