DoubleUP Roller will replace or repair any authorized and lawfully purchased product that breaks or becomes unusable within two years from the date of purchase, provided that the returned product has not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect, or misuse. We will not replace or repair any product damaged through any use not expressly described in the User Manual that is packaged with each product or not expressly demonstrated on www.DoubleUpRoller.com/HowTo. The decision to repair or replace will be determined by the company in its sole discretion. This warranty does not cover shipping damage, normal wear and tear, lost items, or damage resulting from failure to follow the product care instructions in the User Manual. This warranty is valid only within the United States. A valid proof of purchase from an authorized seller must be provided for warranty claims.
