We stand behind every product we make and are committed to your complete satisfaction. Exclusively for our direct customers: if you are unhappy with your DoubleUP for any reason, you may return it within 365 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product's purchase price. That's how confident we are in our product, and how willing we are to accommodate you if it doesn't happen to suit your specific needs, even a full year later! If you return within 60 days of purchase, then the return shipping is free.* For any purchases made through other websites or sellers, their own return policy will apply (typically only 30 days).
Simply email us at support@DoubleUpRoller.com for return authorization and instructions. We just ask that you include a reason for the return in case we can learn from your experience in order to help you or our other customers.
Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be credited back to you via the original transaction method.
Additional Policy Details:
*If the return is shipped in a different (larger/heavier) box from our original packaging, then the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) may apply an excess size/weight surcharge, which can be surprisingly high. Any surcharge will be deducted from the refund and may cause a refund delay, so please try to use the original box or contact us first to avoid any risk of this issue.
If you order multiple products from us, we can only offer free return shipping for one item per household.
On the limited occasions where we run a standard sale, we will only honor the sale price within 10 days before or after the sale starts and ends. Contact us to request a price adjustment if you purchased within that time window. For short-duration holiday sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or similar), there is no grace period for obtaining the sale price. Any returns or exchanges made in order to try to obtain a sale price will not be eligible for free outbound or inbound shipping, because we have to absorb too much expense in those cases.
Products purchased through any 3rd party (not directly from us) must be returned to that seller, and their own return policy will apply. Please contact that seller for their return policy and procedure.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any suspicious orders at our discretion and for any orders made through unauthorized resellers.
